"I just made these using spelt flour instead. I also soaked the cranberries in orange liquer overnight. Yum! But I wish I would have read reviews sooner. I too love nuts in cookies and don't know why I didn't think to add them. I am already planning on making again soon w/nuts. Thanks Giada!"
