Reviewed Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

"These cookies are easy and awesome. I used about 2/3 cup of sugar, as my PB had sugar already in it. Also, the video says to add a pinch of salt and uses parchment paper. I would suggest cooking a bit longer than 10 min to get more crispy edges. Nummy! "

Reviewed Sausage-Bean Soup

"This soup is very easy and quick. I used chopped kale and one pound of hot Italian sausage. Like other reviewers, I used 8 cups of broth and 2 cans of beans to thin out the soup. Reviewed Honey Cornbread Muffins

"This recipe is very easy and the results are awesome. The texture is that of real cornbread and not a cake mix. Fluffy and moist with a crunchy top. The flavor was spot on, slightly sweet. This is my go to recipe for cornbread, no more store bought."

Reviewed Orange Brownies

"These are awesome and unique. Great orange flavor with the creamy and tangy frosting. They were a hit at a recent party and I will definitely make again. Thanks Paula.

Reviewed Lemon Bars

"These bars have great flavor, but I prefer an even ratio of buttery crust to lemon filling. These are 1/4 crust and 3/4 filling. The tartness or sweetness concerns from other reviews comes down to the lemons used and personal preference. Which is really hard to gauge until after they are done."

Reviewed Outrageous Brownies

"I have been making these brownies for several years now and they are absolutely awesome. They have a great chewiness, deep chocolate flavor, and crunchy top. They also keep for about a week in the refrigerator and will make 48 normal size brownies. "
