Reviewed Roasted Asparagus

Simple and straightforward. Pretty fool-proof, although I took mine out after 15mins and they were getting soft. I think I'll try 8-10mins next time. I'd like some crunch in the asparagus. Anyway, had these today with a beautiful Sockeye Salmon filet. (used a Giada recipe--pan-grilled in foil with lemon, EVOO, s&p, and rosemary.) Delicious!

Awesome! Made this using tiger prawns. Slight modifications to make less unhealthy - substituted butter with smart balance and also subbed breadcrumbs with 1/4 cup of Bob's Red Mill 8-grain hot cereal. Worked out well...wife and I scarfed it!"
