My Activity

Reviewed Pork Schnitzel

"The flavor was very good and it's simple to make. I would recommend scoring the edges of the pounded chop to prevent them from curling in the pan. I would also reommend using panko breadcrumbs for better cruch.

Reviewed Homemade Spaetzle

"The flavor was great but the collander method did not work at all. After great struggles and a large chunk of time I eventually had to pull the dumplings by hand. If I make the recipe again, I will invest the $20 in a spaetzel maker.

Reviewed Easy Tzatziki with Toasted Pita Crisps

"Great recipe! It was easy to make and came out great the first time. I would recommend using a food procesor to shred the cucumber if you have one. It will save some time.

Reviewed Snow Pea, Scallion and Radish Salad

"Very good and easy. I used snap peas instead of snow peas becoase I had some on hand. This makes for a nice side salad for a variety of meals.

Reviewed Herbed Bulgur-Lentil Pilaf

"This has become a regular for me. The flavor is wonderful and it's very nutritious. Sometimes I use it as a side dish but often as the main course. It already has a fair amount of protien for a meatless dish, but you can bump it up more with some chicken to make it a meal in itself!

Reviewed Miso Glazed Cod

"I usually like Ellie's recipes but this one was a bust. The miso was WAY to strong and overpowering. Even after I scraped the marinade off it was still difficult to eat.
