"Made this the first time ever for Mother's Day and was extremely nervous! Definitely go step by step the first time you make this. But it was a huge success! Definitely on the moist side but everyone loved how the whipped cream frosting balanced out the sweetness of the cake. This cake will be made again and again .........."

I watch Foodtv all of the time and have my favorite shows. Most important, thanks to many of these shows I have gotten some great ideas to add that extra something special that I never realized I had in my cupboards to give my own recipes that extra Wow! And my favorite show...Chopped hands down!
Favorite Foods
I am in love with food and don't have a particular favorite. If I'd have to choose then give me an excellent steak and shrimp dinner and a nice glass of wine any night followed by the most awesome cherry cheesecake!
