Reviewed Pork Chops with Fennel and Caper Sauce
"What an awesome beyond tasty meal. I made the pork chops and my wife made some garlic smashed potatoes and sauteed garlic spinach. Our first time cooking at home w/ fennel. Loved it. What a complete meal!! Total keeper.. My daughter (Natasha), wife (Leslie) and I loved it.. In fact we polished it all off (sheepish).. ;-)

PS: The capers add the perfect touch!!
