Reviewed chicken in pumpkin-ancho mole sauce

very yummy. I did all the prep work Saturday, made the sauce and put the chicken in brine. I cooked it on Sunday.Leftovers on Monday. ;) When you take the time to make food with love the reward is delicious. Thank you Sunny, you never let me down.

excellent! I had chicken breast on the bone, I was not looking forward to cooking dried out chicken breast. I cooked it about 15 minutes longer than suggested since it was not boneless. It was perfect. Very juicy. While the chicken was "resting", I put the juices in a pan and wisked 1tbsp. flour in and had a nice gravy for the chicken. Thank you I"

Reviewed Beer Braised Corned Beef with Red Potatoes and Carrots

Wow! I will never "boil" corned beef again. It is an all day affair but it taste amazing. I did not put in the wiskey, but I used all the other ingredients. At the end I let the meat rest on a cutting board tented with foil and put the vegtables in a bowl leaving the liquid in the pan. I cooked cabbage in the reserved liquid on the stove. Yuuum. Now...
