"I make Lasagna the good old fashioned way and it is delicious. However, there are just two of us and I was intrigued by this recipe, so I decided to try it tonight. Reviewed Tuna Croquette

"I liked this recipe because the croquettes stuck together and browned nicely. I used well drained canned tuna and did not have panko crumbs so I used plain bread crumbs and they came out very well. I combined the ingredients, adding a little dill and cayenne, let the mixture get firm and formed 4 1/2 patties which I coated with the crumbs and then put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. An easy, tasty and very inexpensive main dish.
