Reviewed Grilled Cheese with Spinach and Pancetta
"I thought these were great, I didn't have a panini maker so I just put them in a pan and cooked them like I would a normal grill cheese and placed a piece of wax paper over top and weighted them down with another pan and it worked out fine. I did use Bacon instead of panchetta to save money. I might cut back on the butter the next time. Way to go Giada!!!
