I'm into REAL food, eg, 1 ingredient. I highly recommend the book Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon, and the materials available on the Weston A Price Foundation website. I drink raw, unpasteurized milk. I eat lots of cultured butter from grass fed cows. I get eggs from a local farmer from pastured chickens. I buy pastured meats from local farmers including beef and pork. I love living in the Seattle area as we have a variety of nourishing foods available in a minimally processes state!
