Reviewed Italian Sausage and Egg Bake

This was a success for me! I used not a whole lb of hot breakfast sausage bc I didnt want it super meaty, fresh diced tomatoes instead of sundried, I roasted potatoes as well, mixed in half the potatoes & half the croutons, then arranged the rest on top. The eggs did take the longest to cook, so maybe next time I will put them in at room temp inst"
