"YUMMY!!! my husband LOVES chicken salad so I am always hunting and trying different chicken salad recipes. There is one at a restaurant that he adores and I can never quite make one at home that tastes as good to him. Got it now! This one is so delisious and I am not the biggest chicken salad fan. I'll eat this recipe any day though! Add craisins, apples, grapes, whatever- this is only the second recipe I've 5 starred on here- Alton Brown's City Ham is my fave so far.
