tasty! I was only cooking for 3 and used a 1.5 lb pork loin but it took about the same amount of time. Although, don't do what I did with the temp. I am not used to cooking pork only to 145 so I went to 155, but it is safe at 145, so listen to the "chef" and only cook it to 145. Mine wasn't entirely dry or anything but it would have been fabul...
