"This is a fantastic recipe. I used chicken instead of pork and it was still great. I would also recommend using pre-made pie shells rather than making the dough. I did that and then baked the empanadas rather than fry them which made this whole recipe so much easier and less messy.""

"Excellent flavor but insanely hot. I like spicy food but even cutting the chipotle peppers to one-third made the chili too spicy. I ended up adding a lot more tomato sauce, beef broth, and beans to cut the hotness. I would suggest cutting back the poblano and jalapeno quantity and taste as you go.""
