"Amazing! My husband raved about it. I used seasoned panko bread crumbs which made it much more crispy, used egg beaters and regular mozzarella (since I had them on hand)and used half a package of ready made bacon instead of the prosciutto since it was my first time making it and I don't think I'd change a thing! I did also add a bit of garlic p"

Reviewed Sauteed Gala Apples

"Very nice app for Easter and simple to make. Fairly light and nice clean taste for the spring. I added a bit of cinnamon to the ricotta (store bought) and put on toasted baguette points. Very yummy! Lots of raves. "
