Crunchy exterior, chewy interior, perfect!!! This was the perfect recipe to try with my 4 year old. She was over the moon when they were done. Her words were, "they came out perfect". This will always be our go to recipe."

This rice pudding leaves nothing to be desired! I must confess I did alter the recipe based on the reviews I read. I doubled the recipe and used half coconut milk and half cow's milk (I used 2% and it didn't affect the richness). My husband loved the fact that it was sweet without being overly sweet. I am so happy I tried this recipe. When I initially read the ingredients, I was skeptical that together they would produce a sweet potato dish that would satisfy my craving for the sweetness I've come to expect for this type of side dish. I'm with the previous reviewer, the negative reviews really are crazy. Although I made some substitutes as most of us do, the result was still a great weeknight meal. I used rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup and panko bread crumbs. What a great way to get some spinach in your diet!""

Reviewed Twice Baked Potatoes

May 14, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I added everything but the scallions because I didn't have any on hand and I substituted the sour cream for greek yogurt and the results were great! This was my first time making twice baked potatoes but it definitely won't be my last. My three year old very picky eater absolutely loved it!"

Reviewed Pork Tenderloin with Root Vegetables

I couldn't be more pleased with how this recipe turned out! My husband and VERY picky 2 year old thought it was great also. Unlike some of the other reviewers I didn't have a problem with the cinnamon being overpowering. I was a little worried when I smelled cinnamon in the air while it cooked but by the time the tenderloing was done, it mellowed...
