"Delicious, tender, and flavorful. Fresh rosemary from our garden was my inspiration for cooking this recipe. I only made a single serving (hubby working tonight) and used an 8x8 baking dish. I marinated the cutlets for about half an hour beforehand. Stayed pretty true to the recipe with these additions: I used a Spicy Montreal seasoning, added som"
