"The cake was a great simple orange cake. I love zest! It's an amazing ingredient for a citrus lover like myself. I did not make the glaze or the goat cheese frosting, I was not feeling daring enough to go outside my comfort zone. I want to make this cake again using a little more zest so the orange flavor stands out a bit more. I used the orange juice of the oranges I zested and had to juice about five medium sized oranges. I will definitely make this cake again and serve it with a whipped cream topping infused with orange zest."
