Reviewed Chocolate Coconut Balls

"This was fabulous, I doubled the recipe and they came out great. I do not like using gloves, so i sprayed my hands with PAM and washed them after 2 or 3 and it worked great. I used 2 forks to dip into chocolate, and let access drip off, if you have patience this recipe is worth it."

"Love these cookies, very easy to make and i have all the ingredients in my pantry. Do NOT try to work with the dough unless it is cold, otherwise it is too sticky. I divided the dough in two logs and let chill overnight in the fridge that way i could work with one half while the other half stayed cold. I love that the cookie is not too sweet. "

"i love this recipe, it was great, loved the crust and the onion. i was worried that it would be soupy, but it was not. The panko bread crumbs made a great topping. I used Sharp cheddar, but next time i am going to try extra sharp cheddar tfor a little more flavor."

"This cake was delicious. I followed the cake recipe to T and it came out great, the batter was thick but not unmanageable. I did not make the sauce, my family cut into the cake before it finished cooling. i also really liked the hint of orange in the cake, not overpowering at all. i will be making this again, it was so easy."
