Reviewed Toastacho Casserole

These were great! So tasty and easy to make. I couldn't find mascarpone, so I added whipped cream cheese instead. Forgot to take them to Christmas dinner and am glad I did since then we got to eat them all :)

Absolutely to die for! I used unsalted fancy mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans, brazil nuts) and they are fantastic. I'm also making them to give as Holiday gifts.
Hubby liked them so much I swear his eyes were rolling back in his head ;-)

Excellent chicken! And I'm not a huge fan of chicken. Moist, flavorful and the roasted garlic to spread on crusty french bread is an added bonus."
