Reviewed Simply Delicious Strawberry Cake
"Very tasty cake, but you must, must, must put parchment paper on the bottom of your baking pans. I didn't the first time and came out in chunks, even though I gave them plenty of time to cool. The second time, I added the parchment paper and buttered and floured the sides. This time the cake released like a champ. I modified the frosting by using a stick of butter, one 8oz cream cheese, 3/4 cup of powdered sugar and 3/4 cup of pureed strawberries. Wow, it was great."

Reviewed Parmesan Cheese Souffle
"Great recipe. I used a large baking dish, like Claire did on TV and not the small ramekins. I baked for about 30 minutes when I saw a nice golden brown on the souffle. I took it out of the oven and saw too much giggle, so I baked it for 5 more minutes. Not too scientific, but it worked well. My wife loved it and so did I. I looked for leftovers the next day but my wife had alreaddy finished them. Next time I might add some chives.
