"I am such a big fan of Anne Burrell. I made this bread the other day--without a bread hook. I did it by hand and the texture and flavor of the bread could not have been better. I have been using it for grilled eggplant sandwiches, pesto and cheese, whatever kind of sandwich you can conjure up. It cannot be bad if you are using this bread."
