Reviewed Emeril's Chicken Stir-Fry with Green Beans

We all (adults & kids alike really liked this stir-fry recipe. I served it with Jasmine rice and extra soy sauce. I did change things up a bit as I didn't have Asian spice (used a sprinkling of ginger, sugar, black pepper and a little cayenne instead. Also, I used boneless-skinless, chicken thighs. I did not add the hoisin sauce and I used peanuts"
