Reviewed Jamie's Cheeseburger Pie
"I didn't have any of the Dales Steak Seasoning so I substituted it with A-1 Steak Sauce. This was such an easy dish to make and my husband and both boys absolutely loved it! I doubled the recipe and there were NONE left. I made some home-made fries seasoned with Tiger Seasoning as the side dish. Will definitely use again for future meals!
I forgot to add that I also cooked the burgers medium well in a skillet and after I put the cheese on I DID NOT completely wrap the burgers with the puff pastry. I did this to allow any left over grease in the burgers to come out onto the pan instead of staying inside since I did not have very lean hamburger.
