"These turned out really good - after I burned the first dozen. As others have said (and as I wish I had read first 400 degrees is WAY too hot for these cookies. I did 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes and they turned out perfectly. Also, I didn't have apple pie spice on hand, but made my own (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, cardamom and it worked p"
