Reviewed Spaghetti al Melone
"I knew that the concept was more like the prosciutto and melon (salty sweet flavor profile, but as I tasted the sauce, I was worried. But once I put the cheese into the sauce, it was DELICIOUS! Completely different than anything you will have had before. I will say if you don't have great cantaloupe, it will adversely affect the outcome."
