Reviewed breaded chicken marsala

This was great -- moist, juicy, pretty, easy, crunchy. The marsala gives a distinctive flavor that not everyone may like. I used low-sodium soy sauce AND low-sodium Worcestershire sauce and did not find it too salty. I also marinated for five hours and not overnight.

Soooooooooo spicy when I first took it out of the oven, but after chillin' in the fridge for a few hours, the heat decreased to a pleasant burn. Very aromatic. Very moist. "

Super quick and easy, Gets a very appealing-looking golden brown. Keeps in a Tupperware container on the kitchen counter for two weeks.

When I didn't have agave nectar, I used 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup molasses, but the molasses overpowered even the cardamom. Not an inedible version, but the original recipe is definitely better....
