"I have made this for 3 or 4 dinner parties now and it is always a hit! People that dont usually like coleslaw love it. I go just a tad lighter on the sour cream but that is just a taste preference. "

Reviewed Cucumber-Mint Gimlets

"I served this as a first course to a wonderful outdoor dinner and it was perfect to get things going. It is extremely refreshing. It takes a bit of time to seed and liquify the cucumbers. I mixed everything except the alchohol and then gave the guests the choice of gin or vodka. I will definitely serve this again during the summer."

Reviewed Scallop Ceviche

"This made a perfect appetizer. I served it in martini glasses. It was so easy and everyone raved about it. I made it exactly according to the recipe and wouldn't change a thing! I will be making this again. I love the fact that you can make it ahead of time and simply have to add the avocado and cilantro at the last minute."
