"Easy-healthy-and delicious! I added some sundried tomatoes, as so many other things could be added to this base. The leftovers needed a little extra sauce, so I am giving it 4 stars. "

"This dish had some potential, but overall it was dry. I used portobello mushrooms and followed the recipe, including adding some pasta water at the end. I will add some extra evoo with the leftovers. I also feel more details were needed for cutting the prosciutto. This was not clear and the picture's details were not helpful either."
