Amazing!! Very flavorful. I took the advice of others and put 1/8 of spices and 1/8 mayo. The mixture was gooey but it turned out perfect. You MUST leave the burgers on one side for 7 minutes before flipping (the stovetop grill was on medium high) and cook for 7 minutes on the other side. A KEEPER!! I am not a fan of pork but my family loves it so I decided to try this recipe. Not only is the recipe simple and delicious, my pork turned out perfect (first time!). I used bone-in chops, and they were tender.
Half the recipe is definitely enough for four chops. I didn't have any scallions, but I doubt I missed anything.
