"LOVE this dish! I didn't give it 5 stars because it's VERY spicy if you follow the recipe as written. I only use 1.5 tsp of red pepper flakes and it's still great. It's a super simple recipe that you don't need to buy 50 million ingredients to make. Wonderful flavor! Thanks Emeril!"
