My husband is gluten-intolerant and this is a great alternative solution to the breakfast casseroles which always include bread. I did not use the frozen hash browns. Tried it with fresh, grated Idaho potatoes and another one with fresh grated sweet potatoes. The sweet potato version was far better! I have made it twice now. The cooking time...
