Reviewed Shrimp and Truffled Grits with Moroccan Chorizo Broth

My whole family loved this (even the ones that turned their noses up when it was cooking). I wasn't able to find truffle or truffle oil but the grits were great without it, and we are not big shrimp eaters so instead of clam juice and shrimp, I used chicken broth and diced chicken. I will be making this quit often."
