My Activity

Reviewed Pastina with Peas and Carrots

"This dish was fantastic! My oldest son hates peas and carrots and he really enjoyed it. I was thrilled! I did serve grilled chicken breast with this dish and it worked very nicely. The two cheeses made this dish creamy and the basil added a hint of flavor that complemented everything very well. I will be making this again for sure. Thanks Giada!"

Reviewed Round and Round Pasta

"My son, age 6, and I watched this episode of Giada at Home together. He wanted to make Round and Round Pasta, so I did last night. The entire family loved it! My oldest son, age 8, is a picky eater and asked if I could "please make this again!" Talk about music to a mom's ears! My youngest son, age 2, couldn't get enough of the wagon wheel pasta; "

Reviewed Center Cut Tenderloin Roast

"Awesome!!! The beef melted in my mouth. I did have to change one thing. I didn't have any ground cumin on hand, but we love garlic, so I minced a few cloves and rubbed them over the roast with the salt and pepper. Divine! Served the beef with garlic mashed potatoes and sweet corn. Fantastic meal. Thanks Alton!!""

"I made this for our Valentines dinner last night. It was fantastic! It was light but very flavorful. I did remove the tails from the shrimp before cooking them. I also topped it with freshly grated parmesan cheese once it was plated. I served it with roasted asparagus that complemented it very nicely. Awesome recipe! I will be making this again in""

"This recipe was extremely simple and the cakes were to die for!!! My husband and I are serious chocolate lovers and these cakes really hit the spot. After reading other reviews I did change the recipe and use 4oz bitter chocolate and 4oz semisweet chocolate. I also used milk instead of the orange liquor. I topped them with home made whipped cream ""

Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

"My turkey turned out fantastic! My husband says it is the best I've ever made. The extra effort to brine the turkey was really worth it. The turkey breast was very moist and flavorful. I will use this recipe from now on! Thanks Alton!! ""
