Reviewed Penne with Spinach Sauce
"This was so easy and yummy. But I have to confess - I am a garlic lover to the max and generally always double the amount of garlic any recipe calls for. This one I did just that, and oh my goodness. It was wonderful cold the next day as a cold pasta salad leftover. I used veggie penne pasta for mine, and the regular cream cheese also. "
