I was skeptical when I saw the amount of soy sauce and fish sauce in the marinade, but I went against my better instincts and follow as-is. It marinated for about 3-4 hours. Made this last night for Thanksgiving and everyone who normally eats brussels sprouts really liked it. I used much less oil--about 2 TB total-- and used balsamic instead of white vinegar. Probably used about 2 tsp of vinegar and the same of honey. The cooking time was perfect."
