I like this recipe and have made it many times. It is easy, forgiving, and ingredients you have
on hand. It is forgiving because you can add more milk to make it more moist. I found it a little dry if you only add the called for amount of milk. I have used it for my upside down pineapple cake recipe , it worked really well."
