Excellent!!! I made this dish last night, we almost ate the entire pan. I made a few changes, used a mild italian sausage and mixed everything before baking. I mixed the cheeses with the hot pasta and at the last stage of cooking i mixed the spinanch with the meat. I was able to blend it better. I will make again."

An update to my prior review. The recipe was corrected regarding the butter. I still use 1 stick. So the mistake is good for me. I just whipped a batch last week. And they were still yummy.

After viewing the show and the reviews, I braved myself to try this recipe. I tried it on my girlfriends and they love the taste of the waffles....
