Reviewed Profiteroles with Ricotta Mascarpone

Fabulous recipe! This was my first time making profiteroles and they turned out perfect! I stuffed mine with a blackberry cream and drizzled with Ghiradelli chocolate. I baked mine for 40 minutes and did not use the egg wash. I also used a small cookie dough scoop and was able to get 9 out of the recipe. Will definitely use this again!!"

Fantastic recipe and definitely a keeper! My husband said that most scones he's had before are heavy but these were light and fluffy! I changed it up a bit with 1 Tbls of Baking Powder, 1Tsp of Baking Soda, 1/2 cup Sugar, 1 Cup of Ghiradelli Chocolate Chips and Sugar in the Raw sprinkled on top of the Heavy Cream."
