Reviewed Sour Cream Cornbread

I was very disappointed. I have been making cornbread over 50 yrs and thought this looked interesting. It was too much batter for a 10 inch skillet, and had to cook longer than 30 min. It screams for taste. I think it needs salt and maybe a touch of sugar. Texture was more like moist cake."
