"5 years ago we had a cake in Mexico that we loved. We had selected a "strawberry cheese cake" and it wasn't at all like cheese cake but it was wonderful. I have never been able to figure out what it was but when I saw this I thought I had found it. I made it yesterday and this was it. It was great.
