Reviewed best tomato soup ever

I used all the ingredients called for (I love sherry in soup), and it was very tasty. If you really want to put more time in, go ahead and use fresh tomatoes, etc but considering the time savings, this soup was great. I will put it in a blender next time for a different consistency. I don't understand the bad reviews here - if you don't like the ingredients...

If you watch the show, you see she makes a huge jar of the stuff, which you can use for other things, like marinade.

This was so good, when I went to discard about a spoonful of leftovers, my husband protested. The addition of the sweet potato was genius. I fooled around a little bit with the cheeses (added a little more), added a little more liquid, and baked for 15 more minutes.
