Thought this was delicious. Although the recipe called for beef sirloin I went with filet of beef....it was like butta!!
The reason for the 4 star rating however is that I thought the dijon mustard flavor was just a teeny bit strong....next time I will only use 1 or 1��� tsp instead of the 2 tsp amount mentioned.....but I will make it ag...
