Reviewed Brined and Roasted Turkey

"The recipe for the brine is all the way at the end of the directions. You do not boil the brine it is cold. This is the most moist and wonderful turky ever! I didn't follow the entire recipe however. I like to stuff my bird with stuffing (I know it's a no no) but that's the way I like it. I used this for the first time last year and was terrified, I had never done it and had about 20 people coming for dinner. I have never gotten so many compliments on my turkey. The breast was so tender it literally lifted off the bone in one piece. I will never make my turkey any other way.
