My Activity

Reviewed Indian Summer Turkey Chili

"This is a great recipe, in my regular rotation. I add a potato, cilantro and a can of kidney beans. Sometimes I skip the bell peppers. This gets better the next day. Delicious!""

Reviewed Lentil Soup

"I have made this a number of times, always with a bit of sausage and some spinach. I cook the sausage (remove casings, about 2 links) separately to brown it, and add it at the end. I also double the carrots and celery - why not? I use red lentils, which cook much quicker. I add a bit of plain yogurt when I serve, delicious. Very filling. ""

Reviewed Easy Rice Bake Casserole

"I will make this again, it was very easy and a nice accompaniment to nearly anything. I substituted cilantro for the parsley because I didn't have any. I used fresh spinach, it turned out well.""

Reviewed Halibut Veracruz

"This was super quick and tasty. The fish was tender, not dry at all. The sauce was terrific. Next time I make it, I might add some cayenne pepper when coating the fish. We made it with rice and spinach casserole, it was very nice.""
