Reviewed Spaghetti Squash "Carbonara"
"Delicious! Made even easier/quicker by microwaving the squash. I didn't have pancetta, shallots or the right cheese, so used bacon, white onion and the grated parmesan cheese that comes in the plastic shaker bottle by Kraft foods! It was really easy and tasted good. We grew our own squash so that was even more wonderful. ""
