My Activity

Reviewed Homemade Ricotta

"This was excellent! Creamy and delicious. Much better than store bought and best of all, it's very simple. Thank you, Alex!"

Reviewed Nick and Toni's Penne Alla Vecchia Bettola

"Oh, Ina! I must have done something wrong. I followed the recipe exactly and my husband and I just thought - meh, okay. Our opinion only. Obviously, others really enjoy it.""

Reviewed Fusilli With Spinach-Nut Pesto

"Wow, surprisingly good. Followed the recipe exactly except used whole wheat fusilli. Light and tasty. Yum!""

Reviewed Almost-Famous Swedish Meatballs

Reviewed Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars

"I made this for my peanut butter and jelly sandwich loving teen. He just thought they were so-so. I do agree with some of the reviews that the peanut butter portion could be overwhelming. Perhaps more jam or even a chocolate filling as one reviewer recommended would be a good adjustment. Just not a rave review this time from the taste testers in my household."

Reviewed Good Eats Beef Stew

"I thought these had a wonderful flavor, but agree with smelatchu and did not care for the fattiness of the short ribs, their texture, or the waste. I thought the paste made the meat very flavorful and although it was a lengthy process, the flavor was worth it. Next time, I'll use a different cut of meat."
