I gotta tell you, I live at a very high elevation- think Ski resort 10 minutes from my home-- so the bread cooked in about half the time- literally. I second guessed myself and TRIED to leave it in a little longer but I didn't like how it was getting darker and it actually did start to burn on the bottom- so I took it out at about 45 minutes.
