Reviewed Roasted Tomato Basil Soup

I LOVE this recipe, except that I use ALL canned tomatoes (3 large cans). I've tried it with expensive imported Italian ones and cheaper ones (although I refuse to use the no-frills store brand ones). Either way, it always comes out scrumptious. My entire family loves it.
