I got a little nervous around min #13...the cranberries were still pretty firmly intact, and I had only 2 min to go until the pectin would start breaking down! But lo and behold by the time min #15 came around, the berries were fairly broken down. While mixture was cooling, I took a look at the video again - my results looked just like the video results. Never doubt Alton! I put mine through a big-holed sieve, since we have little kids who are picky about texture, still set nicely. Very nice, fresh, bright flavor!
